resturants in jiangyin

hi, me and kat are new teachers here (less than 1 month). We are from Changchun, where we were surrounded by many fantastic and different resturant. I am a vegetarian (don't eat meat) and understand that most resturants cook their food in meat oil. Does anyone know if there is a noodles resturant, an indian resturant, a western resturant or even a vegetarian resturant where we could eat?
We are very bored of eating malitang all the time - so please could someone help us if they are aware of any good nearby resturants that will have vegetarian foods. Also if you have any other tips or advice about Jiangyin.

No vegetarian restaurant in Jiangyin, but you can always try Buddhism temples. In general, Buddhism temples serve vegetarian food for monks and many of these food facilities open to public for business. So why not try there.
