Wuxi property information

Postby robpenn » Mon Oct 13, 2008 2:25 am

i has been in Wuxh for one year and my wife and I are considering buying a condominium property in Wuxi area for our family. However, we don't have a clear idea if we should do it now under the current economic situation. Soaring China housing market may have already created the biggest real estate bubbles in the country and the globe crisis may make the bubble burst. Any idea for this topic would be much appreciated. Thanks.

You might need to buy but the problem is when you are going to sell. This purchase may yield some return but it might be the begining of a nightmare. For a short time of stay, one year or two, I don't think it is a wise decision or neccessary to buy a property. there will be a lot of hassles as well!!

Buying for an invstiment? I dont' know if that's worth it?!

if money is not a problem, i think you need to buy. i guess the government will not let its housing industry down and your money will be back with extra profit

What about the current situation of the green/blue algae outbreak in Lake Tai? It may be as important as you think about the house market. If the water pollution still goes on a rampage, you may need to be more cautious.

Much better... lots of chemical factories have been shut down. If the protective procedure starts by the local government the situation is most likely under control.
