Any Foreigners in Hai'an

Any foreigners in Hai'an. It seems the KFC Colonel and I are the only ones from the states here. Hope to hear from you.

Hai'an is under the jurisdiction of Nantong and may not have many expats there, about 100 km from Nantong, 200 km from Suzhou, 200 km to shanghai.

Hey, Zuo, Hai'an is not Huai'an, they are two different jurisdictions in this province. Hai'an is a county under the jurisdiction of Nantong city, but Huai'an is a separate city. :)

Oh ye... haha... sorry, didn't notice the missing 'u' there...

It's lucky that Chinese people don't use pinyin, any typos could lead to things going thousands of miles astray...
