apartments near Jiangnan Univeristy

Postby wuxipb » Sat Aug 18, 2012 2:22 pm

I am moving to Wuxi in the next couple weeks. I need an apartment near Jiangnan Univeristy. Any size doesn't matter. It needs to be close to the school or have a bus that runs to the school. It needs to be a newer and/or western style and CLEAN! With an enclosed shower. Not one of those, take a shower while you crap bathrooms.

If you can send pictures, please do. Pictures are always the best.

anyway, it´s not a good idea to rely on pics sent by "agents", you better stay the first week at a chain-hotel such as "Jinjiang-Inn" "green-tree-inn" etc,; around rmb200/night, then find a chinese person to guide you to the agents.

Stay with a hotel for a couple of days then go with a colleague or friend to find your apartment.
Laopi is right.

Your right, I do have a Chiense friend helping me visit the agents, but they never show you everything they have. Last time I went they said this is all they have. Even thouhg the entire place was empty. New buildings alround.

Plus, he said in wuxi, the person renting has to pay the full fee. Unlike Nanjing where the custermer and the tenet shares the agent fee. Thats expansive.

So thats why I post here. Hopefully someone knows someone renting out a place.

Thanks,

You should connect to any real estate agent who can find a good apartment which will fulfill all your requirements. These types of agents charge some fee when you get your apartment.
