During the Spring Festival period like the other years, lighting fireworks is a reserved traditional program for local residents. You can hear the deafening noises everywhere from firecrackers ... Seriously wish the government could ban the practice, at least banning it in city centers, to let people have an opportunity to escape, specifically for children and pets...

Here in Yancheng, it goes on 24/7 all year. Only in large cities is there a prohibition from fireworks except during spring festival. It makes a bad impression. Grown men still engaging in juvenile behavior.
